WHAT IS THE CLUB HOUSE REWARDS PROGRAM?
The INDIEHOUSE CLUB HOUSE Rewards Program is a program specifically designed to reward you for making purchases in-store and online at www.indiehousefragrances.com. Your points (we call them NOTES) earn you discounts on fine fragrance products and INDIEHOUSE Custom Organic Blending Bar products.
We regret that because of how our booking system is configured, we cannot track points spent on Scent Blending Workshops and Special Events.
There are three rewards tiers for customers. As you advance to the next tier, you can earn additional $ off discounts, free products, & limited edition merch!
CAN I GET CLUB NOTES ON PRIOR PURCHASES?
No, only purchases made on or after the rewards program launch date, March 21st,2022, will earn CLUB NOTES.
CAN I USE MY CLUB NOTES WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS & OFFERS?
CLUB NOTES that are redeemed for INDIEHOUSE store discounts can be combined with additional offers for extra savings. Rewards perks such as free item offers can be combined with other coupon codes.
HOW DO I EARN CLUB NOTES?
You will automatically earn 1 CLUB NOTE for every $1 you spend in-store or on www.indiehousefragrances.com. You must be signed into your account to earn CLUB NOTES for your purchase(s). You can also earn additional CLUB NOTES by:
- Sharing the @indiehousefragrances Facebook page
- Following @indiehousefragrances on INSTAGRAM
- Writing a product review
- Celebrating your birthday!
These actions must be completed through the rewards launcher in the bottom left-hand corner of the INDIEHOUSEfragrances.com homepage (CLUB HOUSE icon).
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR EACH PROGRAM TIER?
The CLUB HOUSE Rewards Program tiers are based on your qualifying purchases and actions in a rolling 365-day period. The more NOTES you earn the faster you move to higher tiers. Once in the higher tier you are eligible for more perks and you earn NOTES faster.
HOW CAN I VIEW MY CLUB NOTES BALANCE?
You can view your CLUB NOTES balance by signing into your indiehousefragrances.com account and clicking on the rewards launcher in the bottom left-hand corner of the INDIEHOUSEfragrances.com homepage (CLUB HOUSE icon).
HOW DO I REDEEM CLUB NOTES?
You can redeem your CLUB NOTES for $ off your in-store or indiehousefragrances.com purchase or free items by signing into your account.
Go to the indiehousefragrances.com and clicking on the rewards launcher in the bottom left-hand corner (CLUB HOUSE icon).
Click All Rewards to view the offers that are available to you based on your CLUB NOTES balance.
WILL I LOSE MY CLUB NOTES IF I CANCEL OR REFUND AN ORDER?
Yes, when an order is canceled or refunded, your CLUB NOTES for that order will automatically be deducted from your balance.
DO MY CLUB NOTES EXPIRE?
Yes, CLUB NOTES begin to expire after one year of not earning or redeeming any CLUB NOTES on indiehousefragrances.com or at an INDIEHOUSE store.
If you are making at least one purchase or redeeming CLUB NOTES at least once every 365 days, your CLUB NOTES will not change.
If you do not log into your indiehousefragrances.com account for one year, your CLUB NOTES will begin to expire on a rolling basis based on when you earned them the year before.
WHAT IF MY CLUB NOTES ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT?
If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your
CLUB HOUSE Rewards account, you should contact our customer service department at hello@indiehousefragrances.com and provide your order number and the issue(s) you are experiencing. This email must be sent within 30 days of making your purchase. We are not responsible for late notifications regarding purchases or actions not being credited to a CLUB HOUSE Rewards account.
Please remember you MUST be logged in to your account to earn points for your spending & bonus earning activities.
HOW DO I EARN CLUB NOTES FOR A PRODUCT REVIEW?
You’ll receive a review request email (14 days after placing your order) with a link to submit a product review, and CLUB NOTES will be automatically added to your account.
If you are in an upper earning tier, you can also get notes for submitting PHOTO and VIDEO reviews. Of course, any reviews containing inappropriate language or content will not be posted and no points will be awarded.
ALL REVIEWS must be commentary on the actual product itself and we will verify that you purchased the product from us before allowing any posts for points.
HOW DO I EARN CLUB NOTES FOR ENGAGING WITH INDIEHOUSE SOCIAL ACCOUNTS?
You must sign into your indiehousefragrances.com account and click on the rewards launcher in the lower left-hand corner. There you can click on “ways to earn” and follow the prompts for each option.
HOW DO I GET CLUB NOTES FOR CELEBRATING MY BIRTHDAY?
You must sign into your indiehousefragrances.com account and click on the rewards launcher in the lower left-hand corner. There you can click “enter your birthdate”.
Please note we must have your birthday on record 30 days prior so that the system can add the points on your actual birthday. If your birthdate is not in the system far enough in advance you will be rewarded the following year.
