Private Workshop Event


The minimum number of guests for a private event is 6 during the week and 8-12 on weekends.  Once you select "BOOK YOUR SEAT" you will be able to add additional guests to your event up to the max capacity of 12 guests for our onsite studio.  Corporate event planners are welcome to contact us for rates/availability to do offsite events.


Deconstructing complex fine fragrances into their primary building blocks, your INDIEHOUSE guide will share bold insights on how to create a personal scent wardrobe and craft your own personal fragrance that will evoke the character, mood and style that you want to communicate to the world.

Choose from bright citrus notes, classic florals, natural herbaceous notes, spicy exotic notes and deep notes like woods and amber. We will also throw in some interesting history on how this art form has developed across the ages.


This event will be 2 hours and attendees will take home a handcrafted travel size Eau de Parfum of their own unique fragrance.

This is a beginner-level workshop open to creators age 16+. (ages 13+ welcome with a paying adult) Please arrive 15 minutes early to grab your apron and pour your refreshments.

Our workshop space can hold up to 12 guests.  We require a minimum of 6-12 guests for private events.  Yes, you can hold a private event with less than the minimum number of people, but you will be paying for the minimum number of seats regardless of how many actually attend.  Guests over the  minimum can pay upon arrival or if you are hosting you can pay for the extra guests when you arrive for the event. 

PLEASE NOTE: if you are more than 15 minutes late we will release the instructor and cancel the workshop.  NO VISITORS - all guests in the workshop room must be paying participants. 


ALL guests in the workshop space will need to be paying guests - even if you do not want to create a fragrance yourself.  For COVID safety we cannot have extra people in the room. 

EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2022: NO FOOD.  Change in policy effective 3/1/2022. You may still bring a bottle of wine or 1-2 beers per person to enjoy during the event, but no food of any kind will be permitted in the workshop space.  


We are located in downtown Alpharetta, and surface lot parking can get full during peak times. Please plan additional time to walk from one of the two convenient free downtown parking garages.

Cancellation Policy:


Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to the start time of the event with no penalty. Please note we cannot refund the credit card processing fees and those will be deducted from any refund.


Cancellations made UP TO 48 HOURS prior to the event will be allowed to reschedule ONE TIME but are not eligible for a refund. After one reschedule there will be a $25 per person administrative fee.  Fee will be paid at the time of rebooking. 


Cancellations (or no-shows) within 48 hours or less of the start time will result in no credit and no refund.  Ticket is transferrable and you may have another guest fill that seat.  We do not refund if fewer than the contracted amount of guests arrive for the event but we will allow you to upgrade to a larger size bottle free of charge.
