INDIEHOUSE Membership Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the INDIEHOUSE Membership Program (the “Program”) offered by Modern Perfumery LLC d/b/a INDIEHOUSE, INDIEHOUSE modern fragrances Alpharetta LLC, INDIEHOUSE modern fragrances Westside LLc  (“INDIEHOUSE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility
1.1 Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older with a valid email address and payment method.

1.2 Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named Member.

1.3 Businesses, resellers, or commercial accounts are not eligible for membership benefits unless expressly approved in writing by INDIEHOUSE.


2. Membership Levels

The Program offers the following tiers (collectively, “Memberships”):

One-Hour Consultation: Single-use pass redeemable as outlined on our website.

Casual Membership: Annual membership with specified benefits.

Collector Membership: Annual membership with specified benefits.

Connoisseur Membership: Annual membership with premium benefits.

Connoisseur Plus Add-On: An annual add-on available only in connection with a Connoisseur Membership, extending equivalent benefits to one designated household partner for an additional fee of $399/year.

3. Membership Use & Restrictions

3.1 Non-Transferability: Memberships (including benefits, gifts, and event access) may not be sold, transferred, shared, or assigned. Attempted transfer may result in immediate termination without refund.

3.2 Guest Policy:

Members may bring up to one guest per visit for browsing or seated experiences, unless otherwise specified in the Membership tier.

Guests do not receive Member pricing, gifts, or complimentary Day Passes.

Excessive guest usage (e.g., repeated shopping by non-Members under one Member’s account) is prohibited. INDIEHOUSE reserves the right to deny access or terminate Membership for abuse.

3.3 Connoisseur Plus Eligibility:

Available only as an add-on to a Connoisseur Membership.

Limited to one named household partner residing at the same address as the primary Member. Proof of residence may be requested.

The designated partner must be named at the time of enrollment and may not be substituted during the Membership year except at renewal.

The Plus partner receives all benefits of Connoisseur Membership.

3.4 Spouses/Partners Without Plus: Spouses or partners not enrolled through   Connoisseur Plus must purchase their own Membership to receive benefits.

4. Membership Benefits

4.1 Benefits are for personal use only and may not be resold, exchanged, or used for commercial gain.

4.2 Benefits (including Day Passes, gift sets, samples, and events) are subject to availability and may change without notice.

4.3 INDIEHOUSE may substitute benefits of equal or greater value at its discretion.

5. Fees & Payments

5.1 Membership fees (including add-ons) are non-refundable and non-prorated, except as required by applicable law.

5.2 Fees are charged annually in advance. INDIEHOUSE reserves the right to adjust Membership or add-on pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Termination & Suspension

6.1 INDIEHOUSE may suspend or terminate a Membership, without refund, if a Member:

      Abuses Program benefits (including excessive guest usage, resale of perks, or attempts to transfer benefits);
      Engages in disruptive, fraudulent, or disrespectful behavior;
      Violates these Terms.

6.2 Members may cancel their Membership at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused months.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 INDIEHOUSE makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program.

7.2 INDIEHOUSE shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Program, except to the extent required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

9. Modifications

INDIEHOUSE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including these Terms, at any time without prior notice, except where required by law.
