These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, stores, workshops, and events operated by Modern Perfumery, LLC, and its affiliated entities, INDIEHOUSE Modern Fragrances Alpharetta, LLC and INDIEHOUSE Modern Fragrances Westside, LLC (collectively “INDIEHOUSE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By visiting https://indiehousefragrances.com (the “Site”), purchasing a product, booking a workshop, attending an event, or otherwise engaging with INDIEHOUSE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Scope of Services

INDIEHOUSE provides an online platform to:
          Purchase fragrance products and accessories;
          Reserve in-person fragrance workshops or custom blending experiences;
          Purchase or redeem gift cards, memberships, and event experiences; and
          Learn about our brand, stores, and services.

These Terms apply to your use of our website, brick-and-mortar stores, workshops, and any pop-up or temporary locations directly managed by Modern Perfumery, LLC or its subsidiaries.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Site or register for an account, you must be at least 16 years old and reside in the continental United States.

When creating an account, you agree to:
          Provide accurate and current information;
          Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
          Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You represent and warrant that:
          You own or have permission to use the content you share;
          Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights; and
          You understand that submissions may be publicly visible.

We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any content at our discretion.

6. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through our Site or in-store are subject to product availability and our posted pricing at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize INDIEHOUSE and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

All sales are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to applicable state and local taxes.

Workshops, custom blending experiences, and event bookings are governed by separate cancellation or refund policies displayed during checkout or booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, product names, graphics, images, text, and software on the Site are owned or licensed by INDIEHOUSE or its affiliates and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any INDIEHOUSE content without our written permission.
The phrase “INDIEHOUSE modern fragrances”, the INDIEHOUSE logo, and all related names and marks are trademarks of Modern Perfumery, LLC and its subsidiaries.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific policies (such as class cancellation terms or membership rules), constitute the entire agreement between you and INDIEHOUSE.

They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral.
