ABOUT THIS ROLE

We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who has a passion for luxury fragrances and strong sales experience to join our retail experience in West Midtown, Atlanta. 

In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador by providing a best-in-class experience to our customers. You will communicate directly with customers to share stories of our Partner brands and build relationships with our store guests, answer questions, respond to feedback, and solve real-time issues in-store. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for customer experience, building relationships, is skilled in the art of selling, and of course, you love luxury imported fine fragrances! We put our people at the heart of everything we do, and champion curiosity and connectivity to deliver the best experiences. What Success Looks Like at INDIEHOUSE modern fragrances:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals for this location with a desire to achieve and grow with this company
  • Act as a host in our store by offering a personable and impressionable experience, focusing on building a relationship with our guests that builds our brand image and encourages client loyalty
  • Serve as the voice of INDIEHOUSE to customers by telling our story and the stories of our Partner Brands, solving real-time issues, answering questions, and responding to feedback
  • Maintain daily functions of our retail space such as: offering prompt service, closing the sale, replenishing the sales floor with inventory, and keeping the space organized and clean
  • Master all store processes and policies so you’re the go-to for customer and employee questions
  • Support the INDIEHOUSE management team in executing strategic projects and tasks in-store

TIME AVAILABILITY

  • Rotating weekend days - either one Saturday or one Sunday per week with option to work full weekends
  • You will be needed during important holidays and expected to work with your teammates to provide coverage for key selling periods
  • Opportunity to expand role into more hours and increased responsibilities within the company
