Brand Operations Manager

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (1-2 days onsite per week, with flexibility for additional days as needed)

Job Description:

As a Brand Project Manger, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of brand partnerships, reconcile sales orders with purchase orders to manage and track inventory, coordinate workshop materials, and provide support for a number of operational tasks. This multifaceted position requires a detail-oriented individual with superior organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Brand Partner Management:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with international brand partners.
  • Coordinate inventory management by ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Liaise with suppliers and wholesalers to monitor shipments and resolve any issues.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving processes, addressing any customs, billing, or account-related matters.

Workshop Coordination:

  • Manage workshop scheduling and implementation through the BOOKEO system.
  • Facilitate private bookings and oversee the online booking system.
  • Act as the primary facilitator for perfume making workshops, providing guidance and instruction to participants.
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance the workshop experience.
  • Collect participant information and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in managing mechanisms for collecting testimonials or reviews for promotional purposes.

Information Systems Management:

  • Maintain internal information systems, including organizing files and documents.
  • Keep staff updated on store activities through the intranet and store calendar.

Workshop Materials Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of perfume making materials and workshop tools.
  • Reorder materials as necessary to meet workshop demands.
  • Coordinate inventory of supplies for workshop cleanup and refreshments.

Special Event Preparation:

  • Assist in preparing for offsite and corporate events, ensuring all necessary materials are packed and managed according to checklists.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Superior organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive,Pages & Sheets and experience with Shopify preferred.
  • Prior experience in brand management, event coordination, or retail operations is a plus.
  • Preferred candidates will be interested in building a career at INDIEHOUSE as the company and brand expand to other markets.
