This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://indiehousefragrances.com (the “Site”), shop at our Brick & Mortar retail stores or make a purchase/booking at any temporary pop-up activation directly owned or managed by Modern Perfumery, LLC.

Retention of Your Data and Deletion
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Please note that if you ask that this information be deleted, that any rewards program points, discounts, VIP Tiers, or associated merchandise/discounts earned will also be deleted with no obligation of Modern Perfumery LLC to fulfill these program rewards.
