Authenticity GUARANTEE

We guarantee the authenticity of the brands and products that we stock both in our physical locations and on this website. We will NEVER sell products on Amazon, Ebay or other mass-market distribution platforms because we cannot control the product once it leaves our hands. You are paying for and getting the real, authentic product that has never been opened, used or to the best of our knowledge, tampered with in any way. We buy directly from the brands or from their authorized US distributors. 

It is important to us that you receive the exact product that you purchased from us, not a copycat, secondhand-used, or knock-off product. Due to these strict controls we regret that we cannot except ANY returns of FINE FRAGRANCE or BODY PRODUCTS and suggest trying out a sample before making a full-bottle purchase.  This is for your safety and the safety of all of our guests.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

FINE FRAGRANCES

ALL SALES FINAL. We do not accept opened or unopened product for returns, except in special circumstances where the product clearly displays a manufacturing defect. Any issues that you may have with your order will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We offer exchange or store credit for returns of defective product only.

CANDLES & ACCESSORIES

We will accept returns within 15 days of purchase as long as the product is unopened, undamaged, and unused. Once we receive the product back to our warehouse or store we will provide you a refund minus any shipping or restocking fees.

GIFT CARDS

The following policy applies to both physical plastic gift cards and electronic emailed gift cards purchased at INDIEHOUSE modern fragrance bar or INDIEHOUSE modern fragrances, either in-store or online:

To redeem a gift card at INDIEHOUSE modern fragrance bar, present the physical card at the time of purchase, or indicate the gift card number in the online shopping cart where it asks for "Gift Cards".  INDIEHOUSE modern fragrance bar gift cards can ONLY be used for products and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. Treat the card as cash; if it is lost, it will not be replaced. Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. For gift card balance, terms and expiration date, present this card at INDIEHOUSE modern fragrance bar. This card is property of the issuer and has no cash value.  Gift card nor any balance on a gift card cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards and may not be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

We ship within the continental United States through USPS, UPS and FedEx. Orders are filled as they are received within 24-48 hours of receipt, major holidays excluded.

Please notify us of any defect within 7 days of receiving your order, as anything outside this window may no longer be valid for replacement.

If your order is $100 or over, we may require a signature on delivery. You have the ability to leave a signed release for your carrier if you are not at your address during delivery hours. For detailed instructions, please visit the carrier website as directed on your confirmation email.

*Ship times vary. All products ship from Atlanta, Georgia. We currently do not ship to international addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes. All Express orders (3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day) must be placed by 12 noon EST to be shipped same business day.

While we work to insure that all pricing information is accurate, if a mistake is caught after your order is placed we reserve the right to cancel the order and promptly refund your payment. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of product to anyone for any reason.
