Position Overview:

As a Workshop Educator, you'll be at the forefront of our brand, creating a positive and engaging environment where guests not only learn about our products but become immersed in our story. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and fostering a sense of community among our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service by sharing our brand story and product knowledge.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Collaborate with Perfumist Sales Associates to drive additional purchases.
• Ensure pre-class set-up and post-class tasks are completed efficiently.

2. Brand Ambassadorship:

• Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the community.
• Stay informed about news, special events, and product offerings.
• Participate in all store product and sales training opportunities.

3. Operational Excellence:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about restocking needs.
• Adhere to established procedures for communication and execution of brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail, customer service or teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fragrance and the ability to convey enthusiasm to customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
