Position Overview:

As a Niche Fragrance Concierge, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, you'll interact with guests, share our story, and assist them in exploring our products and services. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Interact with customers to share our brand story and guide them through our space.
• Embrace daily sales training to provide seamless service to every customer.
• Use your curiosity to suggest companion products and enhance the customer experience.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Meet or exceed sales goals set by management.
• Make guests feel comfortable and excited to purchase products and book workshops.
• Manage requests for private events and fundraisers during your shift.

3. Operational Excellence:

• Follow store procedures for opening and closing.
• Replenish displays and note out-of-stock products.
• Ensure the store space is clean, bright, and welcoming.
• Respond to email and phone inquiries promptly.
• Fulfill online orders as needed.

4. Continuous Improvement:

• Track customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and develop improved systems, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by identifying local opportunities for community involvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail, customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
